I can manage the stage and program flow so you can stay focused on the bigger picture.

This can include coordinating speakers and presenters, managing backstage timing, communicating with AV and production teams, tracking the run of show, calling cues, and making sure the right person is in the right place at the right time.

Sometimes you don’t need another planner, you just need another experienced event brain.
